According to a video –
Newly released surveillance cam video of the shooting of Delrawn Small by off-duty NYPD Officer Wayne Isaacs during a road rage incident on July 4th.
Again as I’ve seen this time and time after time…
Was medical aide rendered to the fallen victim?
According to sources the N.Y. Attorney General is probing this incident
but like so many other incidents that are probed by local connections the killer will almost certainly walk away free in which many are citing that it only incites more of similar types incidents to occur.
When people can simply just kill and face almost no penalties, it can enrage chaos and or dis-order.
Congress should act and make it mandatory that any officer involved shooting and those involved should be given an automatic 3-5 year desk duty.
Warning: The video above, published by The Daily Beast, is extremely graphic.
A second video has emerged that appears to show another version of the incident, The Daily Beast reported.
According to sources the store owner, Abdul Muflahi, provided the now second and new video.
Sources also say that Police went into Muflahi’s store took the surveillance footage without his permission with no search warrant and are now in control of the footage.
According to reports,.. Body cameras were present of the time Sterling was killed.
Police appear to be shadowing a narrative that the cameras may have fallen off or the footage maybe bad.
A choice that should not be up to the Police to decide, but for the public to determine.
The video clearly shows Sterling’s arms spread wide out nowhere near his pockets.
We spoke to an activist and this is what he said…
According to an activist –
Police often say there are a few bad apples that exist in police depts. across the Nation, well we are now demanding that the bad apples be rooted out
and that Police may already know who they are, and if so and choose to do nothing they too should be held accountable up to as far as being an accomplice.
ABC News reported that –
A 32-year-old man is in a medically induced coma after recently suffering medical distress during an altercation with police in Anaheim, California, according to his family and lawyer, who said the incident was a case of police brutality.
The Family, friends and loved ones a requesting that anyone that may have seen and or video recorded the incident to please come forward.
According to a statement Police officers were wearing body cameras at the time, but are not commenting on the incident.
Police in California, have a long history of releasing information on a suspect and or victim, before ever if ever releasing an officers history of conduct at the same time.
Which is why transparency with California police is at an all time low activists say.
The Denver Post reported that –
In a video appearing to show an all to familiar approach as to how officers conduct themselves, raise questions as to just how a citizen is allowed to protect themselves from an officer whom is prepared to do them harm and or is willing to take the life of another.
Certainly either a law and or a ballot should be enacted in order to prevent gong hoe officers, where as a citizen has the right to protect themselves from brutal assaults that an officer or officers are using excessively.
The video appears to show the victim Ronquillo being rushed by persons in unmarked vehicles, a situation which clearly would have scared most people.
What should one do? when being attacked?
Florida Today reported –
The Florida Department of Law Enforcement on Tuesday arrested a Brevard County Sheriff’s Office deputy in connection with the fatal June 19 roadside shooting of a 25-year-old man in Palm Bay.Yousef Hafza, 32, was charged with second-degree murder and attempted second-degree murder in the shooting death of Clarence Howard.
This is a rare and unusual situation, it’s not often when law enforcement finds an officer to be in the wrong! especially when facing such serious charges.
There is hope, that communities will one day be able to begin a healing process, but that process may take some time.
As we all wait for the outcome of the trial.
According to PoliceActivity –
A suburban Columbia officer fired seven shots at a driver last month as the driver turned the wheel and drove away. The video shows Robert Cooper, an officer with the Forest Acres Police Department, on a darkened street and screaming, “Stop! Stop!” The driver then backs up his Honda Accord, the video shows, and Cooper moves into its path with his gun trained at the car’s front windshield. “Stop! Stop! Do not make me shoot you!” Cooper shouts. The driver then raises his right hand but turns the wheel with his left. As the car passes by, Cooper fires into the front windshield at point-blank range and then five more times as it passes by. “Shots fired! Shots Fired! He tried to hit me with the vehicle,” Cooper can be heard saying.
This incident though unrelated, almost reminds me of the Zachary Hammond shooting.
The FBI should fully investigate the Officer’s statements.
Philadelphia, PA —
A disturbing video was uploaded to Facebook showing a Philadelphia SEPTA police officer slam a handcuffed man to the concrete. The reason for the cop slamming down the non-violent man was that he was not obeying his command to sit.
As the video begins, the officer is threatening the man filming the interaction with arrest. He then turns his attention back to the man in handcuffs.
A video has surfaced appearing to show an officer punch an elder man in the face bloodying him, has sparked outrage and concern.
Activists are now planning to pursue for a law, which would allow a survivable citizen and or victim to press charges on an officer, if that officer is found to have used excessive force, to include more severe penalties should the victim be of elder age and or a minor.
The video also appears to show, that same officer grab a handcuffed elder woman and slam her to the ground.
A lawsuit has been filed by the victims, stay tuned as we try to update..

According to the Washington Post –
The former Fairfax County police officer who shot and killed an unarmed man in his doorway in 2013 was sentenced to a year in jail Friday for involuntary manslaughter, over the vehement objection of the victim’s mother. Having already served more than 10 months behind bars, the officer will be released next week, Fairfax sheriff’s officials said.
I am totally speechless on this matter, to think someone could be killed in Virginia and only face 1 year,.. sends a strong message to the outstanding citizens whom reside there.
Geer will leave behind a beautiful family forever, and Virginia’s Judicial system thought it was appropriate,. that the cost of ones life was worth only a year that the suffering for the victims of the family to endure,. Should last forever.
In many instances many people don’t pay attention as to just how important accountability truly is, until it has effected someone either close to them and or a loved one.
I’ve said it before and will say it again, It is important to choose wisely when you vote… ” You’re Vote Matters “.
RIP, John Geer our push for accountability will continue.
